Using the studio

Scale Figure Studio is provided free of charge, with optional paid Pro features, “as is”. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your exports

You may use images and vector outlines you export in your own projects, including commercial work, with no attribution required. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the underlying 3D figures, clothing, hair or pose data, or use exports to build a competing library of figures.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage in the studio; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If you are a UK or EU consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription, but because Pro is a digital service made available immediately, by subscribing you ask us to start straight away and the refund for that period is reduced by the use you have had. Contact us for any billing problem. Licence keys are personal; do not publish or share them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the Pro licence, overload the service, or use it unlawfully. We may withdraw a licence used in breach of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
